CAST GATE VALVE 

Construction: Bolted, Welded, for high pressures – Flexible wedge, parallel seats

Pressure Classes: ANSI 150#-4500# 

Connections: SW, NPT, BW, RF, RJ

THROUGH CONDUIT GATE VALVE 

Construction: Bolted, for high pressures, ideal for minimizing pressure drops Main 

Design Standards: ASME B16.34, 

API 6D Sizes: from 2” to 48” 

Pressure Classes: ANSI 150#-2500# 

Connections: BW, RF, RJ 

Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, and Exotic Materials

Gate valves operate through the linear movement of a shutter that rises and falls to open or close the fluid passage. 

Wedge gate valves, in particular, use two inclined seats and a slightly misaligned shutter. This design ensures a tight seal and high resistance to differential pressures.
